Georgia Peach Fatalii Jam

This jam features fresh georgia peaches and the fatalii pepper. The fatalii pepper is a hot bright yellow pepper from africa in the habanero family. It has a great quick heat and delicious fruity flavor that complements the peaches in this recipe. Use this on a cheese board or melt it and use it as glaze on pork or chicken wings.
