Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days.

Returns for Shipped Orders

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You are responsible for all shipping fees when returning shipped items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will refund your order within 1-3 business days upon delivery to our address.



Returns for In-Store Pickup and Local Delivery

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

You must contact us prior to coming into our store for a Refund/Exchange. If you do not contact us first, then your return may not be accepted when you arrive.

If you are unable to stop by in-person for your return, then you may complete your return by shipping your items to our location and you agree to all terms and policies listed in the above section regarding Returns for shipped items (including accepting responsibility for all shipping fees).


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
For shipped items: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For In-person Pickup and Local Delivery: Your exchange can be processed in-person at our location. Please contact us at homegrowndecatur@gmail.com to arrange your in-person visit.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. All Returns will be credited back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days.
