Shipping
We use USPS to ship all packages.
Local Pickup
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10am - 9pm Monday - Saturday and 11am - 8pm on Sunday. Please give us your name at the front counter when you stop by.
Please check your spam as we send emails, not text when your order is ready to be picked up and your notification email may accidentally be marked as spam by your email provider.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders $50 and over within a 5 mile radius of our shop. For reference, our address is 412 Church St. in Decatur. For orders under $50, we charge $10 for local delivery within a 5 mile radius of our shop.
You will receive a notification via email or text when your order has been delivered.
International Shipping
For International Shipping, please email us at homegrowndecatur@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Homegrown Decatur is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Processing Time
For Shipped Orders: All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For Local Pickup: We do our best to prepare your order same-day but can not guarantee same-day pickup during busy times (such as weekends or holidays). All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You may call 404-373-1147 to confirm your order is ready for pick-up. Pickup is available Monday - Saturday from 10am - 9pm and on Sunday from 11am - 8pm.
For Local Delivery: All orders are processed and will be delivered within 3 business days (excluding holidays and Sundays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We will do our best to deliver next-day but can not guarantee same-day or next-day delivery. You may call us at 404-373-1147 to check on your delivery date.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at homegrowndecatur@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
