Mexican Hot Chocolate Cracker Cookie

Made with saltine crackers and handmade toffee, it's topped with sustainably sourced chocolate and topped with cayenne, cinnamon, nutmeg and of course sea salt! If you're familiar with Spicewalla, they use their spices for these cookies made from crackers.
