Dark and Salty: Though 80% dark, this chocolate has surprisingly low bitterness and a lot of chocolate flavor. The vanilla-infused sea salt sprinkled on the back brings out a little of the magic from this Ugandan cacao with subtle flavors that remind us of cinnamon chocolate cake.

Ingredients: Organic Ugandan Cacao, Organic Cane Sugar, Vanilla Bean-Infused Sea Salt Cacao

Origin Information: This cacao is grown in East Africa's only lowland tropical rainforest in the far west of Uganda by small farmers, more than half of whom are women, and is purchased through Latitude Trade Co, a social enterprise dedicated to improving farmers' livelihoods.

Go Nuts: Dry roasted almonds and vanilla-tickled sea salt set in rich Nicaraguan dark chocolate-- we took the classic flavor combination of chocolate and almonds and turned it into an irresistibly delicious remake of the adult pb&j.

Ingredients: cacao, organic cane sugar, dry-roasted almonds, vanilla bean-infused sea salt.

Direct-sourced from Cacao Bisiesto, a boutique cacao company that purchases beans from surrounding small-holder farmers in the highlands of Nicaragua in order to centrally ferment, dry, and internationally market these fine flavor beans.

Matagalpa Nicaragua: Our single origin bars are made of only two ingredients cacao and organic cane sugar. That's it. We source premium cacao beans that have delicious, terroir driven flavor profiles, then add only enough sugar to bring out the best expression of that profile.

Flavor notes: deep cocoa body with subtle notes of flowers and brown fruits like dates & tamarind. Noticeable tannins with a creamy body.

Origin information: direct-sourced from cacao bisiesto, a boutique cacao company that purchases beans from surrounding small holder farmers in the highlands of nicaragua in order to centrally ferment, dry and internationally market these fine flavor beans.
